companies OR as decided by the Platform.
• Processing Time: Vendors are required to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days after
payment confirmation, barring any exceptional circumstances. Variations in processing times
may occur based on vendor-specific practices.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing an order, and
tracking information will be provided once the vendor dispatches the order. The vendor
bears responsibility for timely processing and dispatch of your order.
2. Shipping Options
• Standard Shipping: Available for most locations within India, with delivery timelines varying
according to each vendor’s policies.
• Expedited Shipping: Certain vendors may offer expedited shipping options. Any applicable
charges for expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout if available.
• Special Shipping Requests: For unique shipping requests or instructions, please contact our
Customer Support team. We cannot guarantee special requests but will facilitate
communication with vendors where possible.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines depend on the vendor’s location, shipping method,
and destination. Estimates are shown at checkout and are intended as general guidelines,
not guaranteed dates.
• Metro Area Deliveries: Standard deliveries within metro areas generally take 8-12 business
days. Expedited delivery options (if available) may shorten delivery to 7-10 business days.
• Remote Locations: Non-metro or remote areas may require additional time for delivery, with
an estimated range of 15-20 business days.
4. Shipping Fees
• Standard Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on the vendor’s policies,
product weight, and destination. Applicable fees are displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping Thresholds: Some vendors offer free shipping for orders above a specified
value. This eligibility varies by vendor and will be indicated on the product page or at
checkout.
• Additional Charges: Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are included in the total order

5. Order Tracking
• Tracking Information: Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link
from the vendor or selected courier service. Tracking details are also accessible under the
"My Orders” section on our Platform.
• Availability of Tracking: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated
after dispatch, depending on the vendor and courier.
6. Delays and Liabilities
• Vendor and Courier Delays: Vendors strive to meet delivery timelines; however, delays can
occur due to external factors beyond our or the vendor’s control, such as weather, strikes, or
courier disruptions.
• Company Disclaimer: Gruitwa Kart is not liable for delays resulting from vendor or third
party courier actions. We assist in dispute resolution and will work with the vendor to
address any delay concerns in good faith.
• Notification of Delays: In case of a significant delay, vendors are expected to notify users.
Our Customer Support team is available to facilitate resolution in such situations.
7. Undeliverable Packages and Reshipment Terms
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered due to inaccurate address
information or recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to the vendor. You may
be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
• Reshipment Eligibility: Reshipment of undeliverable packages is subject to the vendor’s
policies, product availability, and successful payment of any additional charges.

• Vendor Terms: Vendors may have unique shipping, cancellation, and return policies. Please
